Where to find usps cost adjustments?
I can only see the actual adjustment amount on my payments tab, not the details of what occurred, nor any emails on them.
I've also voided several labels and do not see any refund on them, been a week.

Refunds for voided labels can take up to 2-3 weeks.

·2 weeks agoWhat carrier? I usually see an email from USPS (could be ebay, about USPS) for any adjustments......... Don't know about Fedex/UPS.
USPS labels can take up to 3 wks for the refund to show......

OP2 weeks agoThanks for that. Ya, I think eBay has had some weird issues with emails.
I wasn't getting any emails about sales for a few days, somehow it became unchecked in the preferences area, despite me not doing so.
