Where the heck can I see the remaining free listings I have for the month?
I'm a basic store subscriber and I get 1000 fixed price listings per month. I usually use a desktop browser, but I happened to notice on my phone it says I have 551 remaining. Where can I see that info when using a browser, I can't find it anywhere? I used to be able to.
Also, the phone app says "additional fixed price free insertions in select categories" for the month of august, but the app provides no info on which categories, and I can find no mention of that anywhere on desktop. Where's the info on the categories for that promo?

·1 year agoI don’t see any other way other than the Seller Hub for you to view how many of your listings you’ve used per month, but you can view the categories that qualify for the additional free insertions here: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/selling-fees/store-fees?id=4809#select
The problem on the Seller Hub is probably that at some point you used the customize option to remove that tile, but now you can no longer customize it and therefore there is no way to put it back. You can click the ? button in the bottom right when viewing the Seller Hub to report the issue.

·1 year agoListings that roll over to the next month are counted against the new months total so your available would be 80.

OP1 year agoThanks, but that doesn't help me compute remaining for the month because some quantity of them were listed in the previous monthly period. I'm just interested in seeing the same figure ebay shows me on the phone (551/1000 for the month) , on my desktop browser.

·1 year agoOn the Seller Hub (Desktop) there should (maybe?) be a counter in the Promotions pane of the Seller Hub Overview page that shows how many of those listings you still have available.

OP1 year agoThere is not, that's where it used to be, but that promotions panel is not there anymore and the page is no longer customizable.
