Where is a copy of invoice I sent to buyer?
Sent an invoice to a buyer and now i see that they didn't pay any shipping.
I am sure I included FC international shipping but can't find a copy of the invoice I sent.
is there one?
if not, can I ask for their email to send a paypal money request now that we've done business?

·3 years agoMake sure when you send invoice to click send copy to your email associated with the eBay store account.

·3 years agoI send lots of combined invoices for auctions
I do it all the time and I dont use calculated shipping, just flat rate.should be very easy
the shipping amount is coming up blank for the last 10 days when I go to change it
after I send a new invoice I click on order details and the amount for shipping is just blank
this has been a problems for the last 10 days
the buyers are still able to pay the correct amount but I cant see it in the invoice or order details
its just acting weird lately

OP3 years agoUnfortunately the buyer paid the '0' in shipping.
that is why I was trying to see the invoice that was sent as i am sure it had FC intl shipping included

The cost should have been on the invoice that was sent. You can view the order in your seller hub. If they didn't pay, it's ok to send them an invoice via Paypal.

OP3 years agothe order details has 0 for shipping. I am pretty sure I would have included it as we went around the block with it being over 4 lbs and I was able to get it under and save her money.
but, I sure didn't include free shipping to Australia!
