When selling large volume media how do you know whether it is bad content and will be removed? | Selling

I recently listed one CD that I had no idea contained bad content that was removed by eBay. How do sellers of CD'S, DVD, Books, VHS and other similar formats know that the content is inappropriate when you do not listen to or watch all of the items? Obviously when you sell for a small price you don't have time to check out the content. My store was not fined or scolded in any way other than one notice that the content was inappropriate? Some items I sell are factory sealed. I really would not know the content. Is there a way that other sellers can share about how they discern content. I do not sell knowingly anything offensive that I know of or adult sexual content. I care about my listings and customers. Any advice would be appreciated. It was a CD that I had listed called "The Jolson Story". I would never intentionally list anything inappropriate on eBay! i am not even sure what this CD is about. Too busy to listen to open CD's and other media. It was just unlisted by eBay. Thank you eBay for taking care of that, but I want to be careful what I list without having to listen to or watch or read each case.
