When it comes to figuring business expenses for taxes, where does everyone get the numbers? | Selling

As I try to collect my 2023 costs for eBay Fees and Shipping costs, I get different numbers from different areas in the seller hub. For example, I can get eBay Fees from 4 places and get 4 different numbers...1. eBay fees from Seller Hub > Payments > Transactions > CVS Report2. eBay fees from Seller Hub > Payments > Reports Summary 3. eBay fees from Seller Hub > Performance > Sales Summary4. eBay fees from Seller Hub > Performance > Tax Invoices The same is true for Shipping Costs (not including Tax Invoices). I called eBay and get 5 different answers over an 8-hour period. The questions is which one should I should for filing tax expenses? Thanks!
