·3 years agoYou are a new seller. Your payments will be held for 30 days before you get paid. Not only because you are new, but because you are selling very expensive items. Once there is no issues or dispute with the buyers, eBay will send the money to your bank account. Once you prove to eBay that you ship on time and there are no issues with your items, you will be paid right away when you sell something.

·3 years ago@qizh_3342 you did sign up for Managed Payments and attached a bank checking account to receive payments, correct?

@qizh_3342
For this listing, perhaps NEVER. It appears eBay has removed it. Did you ship it already?
qizh_3342
OP3 years agoYes, I shipped already and it should arrive today or tomorrow.
how can I do now? I was called on Monday morning to make sure that it was true.

Who in the world called you to verify shipment?

·3 years agoWe have yet to see a clear answer: Since your original message was about not having been paid, but now you state you shipped already, did you actually see that eBay stated that you'd been paid and need to ship?
Since this sale was 2 weeks ago, if your buyer has not yet received it, he could be about to open an item not received case (although not if he's not paid). Not good for a new seller.
How about returning here and being absolutely crystal clear about what has happened so far?

·3 years agoWhy do I only get the Parka Punk when I tick the sold listing? Anyone??? 🤔

·3 years agoMe too. Was about to ask that same question.
And it seems encouraging for the economy that there are 26 people who are willing to spend that much money on a bag, even if only half of them were planning on actually paying.

·3 years agoDid the buyer actually pay for the item and did you receive notification from eBay in your seller hub that the item was waiting to be shipped? Have you actually shipped the item, where is it going to and what is the projected delivery date?
As others mentioned you are a new seller, selling high dollar, high scammer target items but did you by chance send this through one of eBay's authentication programs? That process can hold up your delivery as well as the receipt of your funds.

Your post isn’t clear on this and I have to ask… did you ship before your buyers paid? Or is eBay holding your funds?
You’ve sold more than just a Hermes purse.
Just an observation and curious ….You sold a Valentino bag on July 11th you currently have an auction going for the same bag. Seems odd that you would have 2 of the same bag. Or did the first sale fall through?

·3 years agoIt's more than a little surprising that eBay would allow a new seller to list such a high-priced item.
I believe eBay informs all new sellers that funds can be held for up to 30 days.
Have you checked to see if ebay says it's ok to ship?
This transaction was more than 2 weeks ago, as you are aware.

·3 years ago30+ days as a new seller. Maybe more depending on the price received.
Did you check out the buyer who purchased it first before mailing it? I usually google the address of buyer and check their feedback.
