What made my Seller Hub page gigantic and how do I fix it"
All of a sudden as I am working on shipping orders, my seller hub page is very oversized. Did I do something or is it a Ebay glitch? All other pages are fine.

OP1 year agoOh, no. They charged my card $56. For telling me that in 20 seconds. The info said it would charge $1. No mention of any other charge. I'm going to dispute the charge.

It sounds like you may have clicked on an ad that took you to a scammy "help" site.

OP1 year agoWell, that was interesting. I went to my Ebay account page. There was a box there marked Help. I clicked on it. It took my credit card for $1.00. An agent came on the line. Told me to press crrl and 0 (zero) at same time. It fixed it. Don't know who I was talking to. Must have been Microsoft Help? Anyway, it's done. LOL

·1 year agoInteresting. I'll have to try that next time it happens to me. I just use the arrow keys that pop up on the edges, when I put my mouse over it, and shrink it with them.

·1 year agoOversized how? Too wide, with a horizontal scroll bar?
Try another browser to rule out a browser issue. If the page looks the same in another browser, eBay may have changed something.
If the problem is page width, you may want to customize the page to eliminate some unused or underused columns, or to change the spacing between columns.
If possible, try another link or another to rule out a problem with a specific page.

If the problem seems to be text size, in most browsers it is possible to change the text size or zoom level of a page or site by holding down the control key and using plus minus or zero keys to zoom in, zoom out, or reset the zoom level. This may affect other eBay pages as well, though.

OP1 year agoThank you for responding. The seller hub and my store pages are oversized. I guess I could have done something? But, all other sites I go to are fine. It's page width, letting, pictures, etc. All very large.
