what is the correct refund reason
had a $225 order come back for incomplete address, ended up it was a incorrect zip code.
It was shipped ups.
I want to refund, have the buyer correct the address and repurchase. What is the correct reason for the cancel?
problem with address is not a option

·5 months agoYou cannot "cancel order" after it was shipped out. You can refund customer (purchase price) by going to Orders, All Orders, Send Refund.
