I sometimes partial refund customers for combined shipping.
I always wondered what the "Order level refund" is for and how/why you would use it.

·2 years ago1 item order/ partial refund: put in amount on 1st line if I put in same on order level..it doubles refund @ total!!
no idea what to enter..no description on site and chat bot is def not AI
