what is going on with sales with ebay

I don't understand how ebay operates these algorithms. I will get several sales in a few minutes and then nothing for days. How can that be? Then I get so many messages that say, "its not you, its us". Could ebay please send some algorithms or however it works my way?

It is just how internet sales go. It depends on the buyers out there at any given time and what they are searching for.

Ebay does not ever share the algorithms that are considered in the searches. That info would or could then be used to manipulate the site. Site security would be in big trouble.
