Hi,
I started my brother's eBay account for selling 3 months ago, and I sold only 20 items on my account.
but eBay restricted my account in HGH RSK.
I shipped all orders with tracking, and the buyer left positive feedback.
Anyone help?

·2 years agoIf you are from Pakistan you need to make people happier.
This means bend over backwards as your location is even more sensitive to bad experiences.
eBay has tightened up the experience by more recent roll outs of their BBE (Bad Buyer Experience) policy which is mainly aimed at foreign sellers.
It was a necessary change in my opinion, but it means you must be very on top of your game or eBay will remove you from the marketplace.

·2 years agoYour account is restricted? Is this the account you are posting with? I don't see any recent transactions in this account. How long ago did you become restricted?
The message you received regarding the restriction will tell you why you were restricted and what you need to remove the restriction.
If you and/or your brother are logging into his eBay account under the same internet IP address then your brother's account may end up restricted also by association.
ETA...I'm going to take a wild guess here...you were drop shipping.

·2 years agoYou, or your brother, have a lot of unhappy customers with items not received complaints.That would be a valid reason for the restriction.
