Don't relist items which are removed due to a violation. You will eventually get banned from selling on Ebay. As others stated customer service will not help you with this issue to where you can magically list it and not run a risk of banishment. You will run a risk.

Forget CS - they're worse than useless with this stuff. What did the message say exactly? It can be for any of the reasons cited uptrend, but it's important to know.
If ebay has warned you not to list this item, then customer service isn't going to change that.
I would strongly advise you against relisting this item, as it will only get you banned. Perhaps the brand requires you to be an authorized reseller to sell their product. Or maybe you've violated some other policy. Either way, it's more than "only" selling a watch.
But if you think you know better, go ahead and relist it. FAFO

Was it a Patagonia Luminox watch? Patagonia is notorious for filling Vero complaints against sellers. Especially items advertised as new.

·6 months agoMost likely that would come from a manufacturer complaint and ebay gives you a VERO violation and pulls your listing
Also, contacting customer service wont change anything. They have zero power to do anything at this point
