Volume Discount on Single Sold Item
I have noticed a few times recently that customers are getting the 10% volume I offer on two or more items when they are only purchasing one item. Is this an eBay glitch that they are somehow exploiting? I haven't asked them how they are doing it. I don't want to risk a negative feedback reprisal for questioning them. Any thoughts? Thanks eBay community.

OP1 year agoGreetings, very helpful, but I don't see the search section in the Seller Hub. I can get to it when I select all listings, go to the sell it faster tab, and click on the send offers tab. I can toggle the blue slider but can't save it. Thanks in advance for your help. Greg

You may have automation settings turned on if you haven't manually sent out offers in the last 4 days.
