They keep taking off my product I want to sell. I go to a similar product listed and it says sell one like it. I list it and it gets rejected. Someone said it was something that was not allowed, but those other people have their not allowed products listed. It's for a Ronson bartender lighter. The community said it's because the bartender is black. Mine is as black as theirs but they have theirs listed? I explained in my listing that it might not have the correct info or there may be missing info and I couldn't find a way to contact ebay to find out. They said that may be the problem too. I ask the bot thing you have to talk to and it keeps saying if you are on a mobile device do this. I said I wasn't on a mobile device and they keep telling me something went wrong and to try back later. I CAN'T GET ANYWHERE ON THIS SITE. I don't know what to do.

Why do you think by posting the same thing in a new post, you will receive any other answers?
The policy from the ebay site has also been copied and pasted on both of your posts for you to read.
Black memorabilia isn't allowed on ebay any longer. It's been that way for a number of years now.
If you don't believe any of us, go ahead, keep trying to relist it, and you will find out for yourself what ebays policies are.

Possibly no one has reported it (yet) and eBay isn't actively trolling current listings to find similar items, but your example will get screened as a part of the listing process, so you're getting blocked. (It may be that something unrelated is triggering the block, such as text that looks like an offer to sell off-site, for example.)

·5 months agoIf eBay has pulled your item it will be unwise to list it again. They are now watching you. They deemed it prohibited to sell. Just because the police pulled you over for speeding while 20 others went the same over the limit the cops got you. I've had few things pulled that others had listed. It's best to let it go.
