Vintage diaper policy
I tried to list some vintage diaper for sale and got a message they were not allowed to be listed.
But I see several listings for them.
What am I doing wrong?

Are you talking about a pack of unopened (obviously never used) vintage diapers?
Are you classifying condition as "new"? They may be ten years old, but if they are still in an unopened package, condition is "new" or perhaps "new (other)"
There is a strong market for new unopened packs of diapers, both adult and childrens. And, as far as I know, you can sell them. But if you mark them as "used condition", you will likely run into a problem.

·9 months agoThat sounds disgusting. No worries though, nobody would EVER buy them.

I'm guessing they are talking about cloth diapers that we used to use on our babies before disposable diapers came along. (And boy, those early disposable diapers were not good.)
Cloth diapers were made of soft fabric, usually oblong in shape. You folded it in half to make a square and then in half again to make a triangle. The triangle went on the baby's bottom, the wide part around the waist and the triangle up between the legs, pinned into place with two large safety pins. Because they were cloth, plastic pants had to be used over them to keep from soaking everything. The diapers were washed and reused over and over. There were also "diaper services" available that picked up and washed the diapers and returned them all clean and neat, but that was for people who could afford it.
I haven't seen any of these diapers for a long time. I know that after disposable diapers came along and got to be the "norm", many women would use the old diapers for dust cloths. They were really good for cleaning.

·9 months agoIf they’re used, they’re not allowed. Any listings you see are probably circumventing policy by lying about something.
