View offers and messages on offers on SOLD items
Is there a way to view messages/notes added to offers on SOLD items? I ran into an issue where a buyer is claiming that we did not agree on an increased price for an item. We had discussed that I would bundle 4 items in a single item's listing at an increased cost. They are now disputing this transaction entirely. I would like to be able to refer to the messages that were attached to our offers and counteroffers to each other.

·2 years agoClick "review all offers" in the drop-down edit menu next to the item in your Seller Hub.
On the "review all offers" page for that item locate the offer on the left hand side of the page.
Click the offer there and it brings up the offer details including counter-offers and their attached notes.
