@sjk9929 As long as you haven't sold the item, click on the Items Title and the Hyperlink will bring you into the Listing on the Web Version. Upper Left corner you will see "Manage Offers". Upon clicking on that, there is a Dropdown in the Left Margin with an "Offers" Heading. Click the [Completed] Header. It will open and show those that you have specifically Declined.
