verify email address doesn't take the code sent
just listed my first auction and haven't been on Ebay in 20 years. What can I do about the following-i tried to verify my email address with the verification code sent- Ebay's site kept responding the code was not correct-requested a new code 5 times and happened all five times-now the message said Ebay can't send another code-please help-thank you

·3 years agoWhatever you are doing is incorrect, so try it the other way. Meaning if you are trying to copy and paste it clearly that isn't working well for you, so try typing the security code into the field EXACTLY as it appears in the email. Or the other way around.
