Called 6 times told I wqs verified

Restriction only on payouts

Asked for license again

They refuse to close the verification on my seller hub

They refused to acknowledge mssages

Restrictions told me I was flagged accidentally due to AI

I was told I have to wait until 08/12

To open ticket to get paid manually

I have not seen a dime since July 22nd

Its August 6th,

Excuse after lie after excuse after lie

I paused my store

eBay AI destroyed a good relationship

I have no defects

No returns

eBay is must be running a scheme

Now I have to file a complaint with the district attorneys office

They refuse to do their jobs

I did what I was asked and told

I did what I was suppose to do

You know im verified

Restrictions told me I was verified

You are deliberately leaving it open

You are deliberately not opening a ticket to get me paid and restore my trust and safety in eBay

At this point I feel eBay is going to steal the funds by not closung out the verification process is over two weeks

This reeks of a ponzi scheme to hold my funds for itemd sold

eBay invest the money

The seller gets nothing

Sorry you are having issues.

Please come back and let us all know how it went at the District Attorneys Office.

If your store does get reinstated maybe in the future you can do better on your negative feedback responses.

You will find no interest in your situation on the part of any law enforcement organization.

If you print out the seller agreement you are selling under and bring it to a lawyer, you will probably be told that you could seek redress via binding arbitration.

It is likely that whatever someone told you you needed to do was not correct. You should have relied on the written message you received telling you about the hold instructed. If it confused you and you could not follow the instructions, imagine how it would have confused an offshore CSR whose first language was not English.

You will be paid eventually. It may be by having your payment turned over to your state's abandoned property department, and you may have to claim the funds from them.

I thought occurred to me last night after I went to bed.

Driver's licenses have security features in most states. A watermark like pattern or seal which appears when viewed at an appropriate angle.

Whenever I need to provide a copy of my driver's license online, I always make sure the image shows the security feature.

I remember an thread on another marketplace site's forum some years back. A seller supplied a license image which was constantly responded to by a request to upload a license image.

That site, like Ebay, does not provide detailed information to sellers which may be used to circumvent security methods and procedures.

I advised him to be certain that the security features were present in the image. He changed his picture, and the image was accepted and he was permitted to sell.

It may be necessary to change the relationship of your license to the light source, by moving the item or rotating it so the security features are visible.

Hopefully, you can find the time to stop accusing Ebay of petty theft, and try this. Hopefully, it will yield a different result than you have experienced.
