Hello eBay Staff,
I am writing to request your urgent assistance regarding a case of Feedback Extortion.
The Issue:
A buyer left me negative feedback and threatened to keep it unless I gave a full refund (which is Feedback Extortion).

Current Status:
I appealed to customer support. They acknowledged the violation and removed the abusive text, but they kept the 1-star Detailed Seller Ratings.
My Request:
According to eBay policy, if feedback text is removed due to extortion, the associated rating should also be removed because the rating is based on the same malicious intent. Keeping the rating ruins my seller performance unfairly.
Please help me remove the remaining rating.
