Wow. After 3 years this comment is still true. The Ebay account number is the 6 digits after the 1Z. What kind of f'd up system is that? UPS does not say that anywhere in the return process. I clicked on the help symbol next to the space for the account number. Nope. No help. It took me 45 minutes searching for this answer. Thanks UPS.

·3 years agoIf you use an ebay label, this is what your need, I had to do a hard search myself when I started using UPS a couple months ago:
Your account number your looking for is a 6 digits series followed after the initial 1Z on a UPS tracking, usually 3 alpha and 3 numerical.
 Even if you have an UPS account you don't click your account but:
"Did you ship this package through a third-party eCommerce site?"
