It started 2 nights ago. -- So now I am trying to contact someone. The customer service phone recording says there is no one available.

·1 week agoPictures are now uploading! 😀 For me anyway, as of Tuesday evening, September 1st, 2026 @ 8:45 PM Central time. I will also add, that they are now uploading faster than they ever have before. It's like they have attached a Blink-Drive!

I've seen this same complaint on the Selling Forum quite a few times recently. I'm not sure, but it may be just the App that is acting up. I don't use it, so I can't test it.
You may try going to the Technical Forum and looking to see if there are any recent posts on this so you can gather some information. If you don't see anything, then post there in order to hopefully get some attention to the matter.

·1 week ago45 minutes spent in eBay help chat, and worked my way up to an eBay CS 'Specialist'. This is what I have been told > "Thank you for providing me a time to check on this. I was able to see that there was a site issue that our sellers are unable to upload a photos to buyers via eBay messages and our team is already working on this. To make sure that it will be fix I will be also informing our specialist team that your account was also affected by this bug. Please check it again in 72 hours, to see if it has been resolved"

·1 week agoIt means I've had their new photo set-up for 5-6 days, and today my pictures are show up in the old set-up.

·1 week agoIn MY case the easiest way to tell was with 2 picture CD ads. The new set-up showed 2 large stacked pictures. The old one showed one large picture with two smaller ones on the left-hand side. For CDs the new way was much better.

·2 weeks agoI'm glad & sad I'm not the only one who can't upload, I thought it might be on my end until I checked the community.
I just recieved 2 different shipments from sellers who sent me wrong items and I can't upload photos of the wrong items to prove I'm not trying to scam the sellers.

·2 weeks agoI have been having photo uploading issues all day today (Monday, August 31st, 2026). Though not while creating listings (I have not tried to create any today), but when trying to upload photos to customers in eBay messages. As @cdlptape mentions, it could have been an issue for some people, for more than just this Monday, but I took the weekend off (oddly), and have only first noticed the issue today. Now I am quickly falling waaaaay behind schedule.
