Upload from mobile device no longer working

Hi all,

I have a listing process I like to follow of using my computer to create listings and adding photos via the app using the “upload photos from mobile device” link. As of the past few days, that function is no longer working for me. I will click the link and I’ll receive the notification on my phone and the app will open but it will just load the front page of the eBay app. I tried switching browsers to see if that was the problem, but no luck.

The eBay app is running the most recent version and I’ve tried both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, so I imagine the problem is not with the browser but possibly the app, iOS, or eBay. Perhaps it is a bug that will be patched. In the meantime i can upload by starting a listing and then going to drafts on my phone and uploading the images and reopen the listing on my computer, but it’s only a workaround.

I appreciate any input or help!

Same issue. Have tried everything I can think of. There are ways around it but its very time consuming.
