Upgraded to Basic and the listing says I'll be charged .25 for an auction
I'm a bit confused, as I just upgraded my store to Basic yesterday and have over 980 listings left for the month and supposedly 250 fixed auction listings in select categories left, but it wants to charge me .25 per auction. I'm not using reserves and I've played around with all the auction lengths but it only increases in cost with 3 day auctions. Prior to Basic, I was never going to be charged for an auction if I had free listings available.
Can someone explain why this may be?

·1 year agoProbably you're listing an auction in a category that's not eligible for those 250 free insertions. These are the "select" categories where you can use those 250 insertions.

OP1 year agoAhh I see, I had listed this prior to getting the Basic store and it didn't charge me for it and just used up a free listing. I guess the rules are a bit different once you're subscribed to it then!
