Update on feedback removal denial.

I finally reached a senior American rep.

Apparently, they no longer remove feedback on a return until the buyer returns the item and you refund then, the buyer closes the return, or you refund the buyer.

It's very strange that they do not really state this anywhere on their website.

You mean the timing of when the feedback is removed?

That would be covered here, I think. The feedback would be removed after the case is closed. Any of those things would close the case.
