Upcoming New Coin Listing Circulated/ Uncirculated Policy
New changes for listing coins will include selecting the appropriate category for Circulated/Uncirculated coins. To me it seems the policy is not fair since they use the MS 60 - MS 70 grades for Uncirculated coins. Who will make the determination which category a non-graded coin fits in if there is disagreement with regard to a coin's classification? Will the seller have the option to prove their classification is correct by providing a graded coin example?
If Ebay Classification Mods saw the linked MS62 coin below which category would they apply? There are many other coins similar to this which look circulated but have a MS desigantion.
