Unlocking account?
Why do they have my account to where i cant access it? Its suspended even though i provided the documention required. I sold sunglasses. Why is my account on hold. I need and want to list more item? Any help out there to actually resolve my own problem?

·2 years agoMore information is needed. If your account was suspended, you would have gotten an email from Ebay, so if that happened, what exactly did the email say?
If your account is on hold, Ebay would have emailed you. See if you can find the email.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

·2 years agoAssuming all the required documentation was in order, there can be a delay in reinstatement.
If your documentation was not acceptable, you may not be told the reason why it is not.
On a visit to China 5 or more years ago, I was impressed by how good counterfeit sunglasses appeared to be. Many sellers cannot supply paperwork as attractive as counterfeit sunglasses.

·2 years agoYour account, at least this one, was only up since 21 January and you managed to sell 1 item in that amount of time. Did you have everything setup with regards to managed payments before you started listing? It may be possible you are only temporarily suspended while they finish verifying your information. Have you tried contacting eBay through facebook to see if you can get anymore detail on why you are suspended?

If you cannot even login to the account, that is a sign of a possible No Longer A Registered User account.
Go to ebay.com/usr/your-account-name
Does it state the account as NARU?
That might be hard to recover if NARU.
If you care to cut and paste the last communication from eBay that you received (less any personal information), members might can discern more informed opinions or advice.
