Unknown item sale
I did not get any notifications about an item being sold and I am a week late on shipping and delivery. I've contacted the buyer about the issue. Is anyone else having the same problem?

If it was the Kawasaki throttle body sold on Nov 22nd, you're way past a week late shipping... it shows 2-day Handling.
Is that the only item you see under Seller Hub/Orders/Awaiting shipment? -or- Is it for another listing?

·2 years agoCheck in your Seller Hub at least every other day without fail -
everyday would be better.
Costumers buyers want their items in a timely manner.
Do not risk Negatives because you did not ship item in a timely manner.

I do not rely on a email.

I take my phone and the app in the bathroom with me so I can check sales while i'm on the throne. 😉

I have no issue. As a seller with items listed, I check my account periodically.

·2 years agoAssuming you are depending on emails as opposed to checking your seller hub?
Bad habit, if so. Emails can be delayed/lost, put into spam folder and deleted......etc. If you are going to sell on ebay, you need to make your habit to check the site EVERYDAY.............

You need to check your seller hub for recent sales. The last sale I see was on November 22nd. Did you receive this notice on your eBay account or somewhere else? Go to "Sold" items and you should be able to see what was purchased. If nothing shows up, someone is trying to scam you. Please be careful. They are everywhere.
