Unexplained $4 charge
I had sold an item about 2 to 4 weeks ago and have not bought anything, I had 2 other items listed and then I get a random 4 dollar charge to my credit card. No explanation just a notification that I had been charged. I want to know why I was charged and I want my money back.

·3 years agoMight that be a surcharge from the shipping carrier? I understand UPS and FedEx like to tack on fees after shipment for various reasons. USPS can also charge for underpaid shipments (e.g. a package heavier than its declared weight).

·3 years agonot sure if it helps but I just had two charges on my card and had to think about what they were for
in my case the order numbers come after the asterisk so it was not hard to figure out
you can see the example below

·3 years agoWhen you list an item, the fee to do so (if any) is clearly visible right above the blue box where you list it. Sounds like a bold fee. You better check the listing in case it is set to renew, as you will be charged again.
Look before you list!

·3 years agoIs it still 'unexplained' or 'random' with no explanation?
or did you get your money back?

·3 years agoDid you add "Bold" to a listing priced under $150?
That would cause a $4 listing upgrade charge.

·3 years agoWhat does your transactions page say when you view details for that item @john-lonosku?
Did you pay for a listing upgrade? A shipping label? A selling fee?

·3 years agoSo it's not the FVF for the item you sold on January 12, 2023?
