Hi,
So I received a package back yesterday, Friday, and it stated that "No Such Street could be Found, Return to Sender". So, how do I go about getting an other label once to Buyer puts their correct address into EBAY? I would like to get this back on its way asap.

·1 month agoI have a little area called the "I don't know where I live" area. I put everything that bounces back to me there. I don't pre-emptively contact the customer or anything like that. I have learned that doing so is a terrible idea. I either end up losing money somehow or getting bad feedback. They always seem to want me to either ship it to them again for free, or they want a complete refund.
I wait to see if the customer contacts me. They almost never do. I will also note that I don't think I have ever had this happen for anything that cost more than $10. I don't think I have even had one in the last 6 months, but they were pretty frequent when I sold $3 pokemon cards.

·1 month agoYup, stopped refunding RTS's years ago. I wait a couple days and relist. Have never had a customer contact me for one yet. But, like you, they're almost always $2-5 cards.

·1 month agoYou don't. You can fund the buyer less all the shipping costs. Close out this transaction completely. Relist the item. Btw, the buyer can fix their address and repurchase if they are still interested.

·1 month ago@flippinth44 Has the buyer contacted you? If not, I would not reach out to them. Relist the item and sell it again to whomever you want. eBay does not require you to issue any refund at all when a buyer entered the wrong address. eBay does not require you to hold the hands of your buyers.

·1 month agoHad that happen once. What I did was messaged the buyer and told them what I was going to do. I refunded the buyer less the initial shipping cost. Canceled the sale due to problem with the address. Then relisted the item. Told the original buyer once they had corrected their address in ebay to buy it again. Worked fine that time for me.

·1 month agoYes, I believe that's the solution that eBay approves of. Sometimes, however, the buyer does not respond at all.

Am I understanding correctly?
If an order is canceled for a problem with the address, it's my understanding that the buyer automatically gets a full refund with the cancellation. How did you cancel and deduct the original shipping?
