Unable to select shipping options....
I am creating a listing and I am unable to select shipping types. The only option is free shipping. Everything else is not clickable.

·2 weeks agoBased on that picture, it appears you are one of the select sellers in select categories/locations picked for eBay's new US Managed Shipping test.
That means eBay chooses the shipping option and cost to show to the buyer; when the buyer purchases, that shipping cost will be paid to eBay; and eBay will provide you a prepaid label - which is why you can't set your own shipping options.

·2 weeks agoTake a look at shipping preferences ( Account > Selling > Shipping Preferences) and shipping policies that can be created in business policies ( Account > Selling > Business Policies).
