Unable to run discount campaigns
Thru a glitch in my storage systems I had to cancel 6 orders of books over a couple of months. E-bay has suspended any discounts and so far we have had no sales for a week. How can I climb out of this mess to raise the transaction defect rate .25% !

·1 year agoAbout the only way to change the statistics is to sell more without problems. Some cut prices/add inexpensive, fast selling items at cost or below........i.e. $2 bills.........

·1 year agoThe first thing is to get your inventory management in order. Six canceled orders in a couple of months sounds like more than a "glitch."
