Unable to print shipping label in time
My power has been out due to severe storms. Power was just restored. Ebay shows several orders as late. How can I communicate with eBay so I don't get a penalty?

·2 years agoYou can contact them and explain that your power was out due to storms. You will need to give them your location and time reference point so they can verify your claim. If they can, they will usually take care of late shipment defects for you.
