Unable to print labels

When I click on the print button my screen fades and I cannot print the label. I have tried 2 different computers and both Google and Microsoft. I am in the central time zone and it is 8:00 am. I have been trying for over an hour. Is anyone else having this problem?

OP1 month agoOK. I restarted my computer and the labels are printing now. I am very thankful for everyone's advice!

·1 month agoTry saving as a download to files or photos and print from that instead of from the from the eBay label page. Hold the curser over the label image and right click. You should be able to see "save image" in the drop down. Click on that to save. Then open where saved and print from there.

·1 month agoMake sure you are just trying to reprint labels and not buying more.
Make sure labels aren't being saved rather than opened by your browser.
What OS, browser, and printer model are you using?

·1 month agoWhat are the specs for package size and weight for the item you are shipping and what shipping service are you trying to buy?

·1 month agoI don't see any other reports......I'm not having the problem....... Suggest you check to see if browser needs updating......and/or try a different browser, close browser and Windows and do a restart........
