Unable to Contact eBay Seller Support
I’m not able to contact eBay Seller Support. The chat option appears to be blocked, and the contact button does not give me the option to request a callback. I’ve tried multiple times using different devices and also cleared my cache and cookies, but nothing is working.
Has anyone encountered this issue before?

·8 months agoDid you know that these Boards are maintained and staffed by thousands of fellow eBay sellers and buyers who volunteer their time to help others when/if they can?
The problem is that we need to have you give us all the relevant information about your issue since we have no access to your account information per se.
So how about this: return and tell us what kind of help you need. It's almost certain that someone here can help, or has had the same experience, or can at least tell you where to go to get what you need.
