Unable to cancel sale, even 10 days after I accepted an offer.
I accepted an offer that was at list price for a pair of eyeglasses. The buyer did not pay for the item or provide a shipping address. It has been 11 days, and I can't get a response from Ebay or the buyer. I just get a message that says "You cannot cancel this order." At what point do I just give up and relist the item?

·7 months agoYour buyer had three days to pay for his purchase. If that did not happen, you can cancel, citing "buyer did not pay" as the reason.

Go to your Manage All Orders screen

If you see the order, then you should be able to cancel it.
If not, then the buyer never paid.
The seller has relisted this item or one like this.

Let this listing continue or cancel it as appropriate.

·7 months agoIt doesn't sound like this offer was an official offer. Had it been, the buyer would have been charged immediately. Also, without payment being made there was no sale to cancel. Was this offer just made via messaging?

OP7 months agoNo. The offer showed up in my list, and I clicked accept since it was list price. Then the buyer hasn't responded. I'm in limbo. Thanks for replying.

You should be able to go to the order and cancel for non-payment. (One of the options should be that the buyer didn't pay.)
ETA: are you sure that it wasn't paid? Does the order tell you to ship?
