Unable to Cancel an order!!! Just another of the hundreds of glitches ebay has..
Trying to cancel an order, and it just gives me the screen " Well that didnt go as planned" please go back and try again.. What gives.. Every day its something new. Ebay really needs to be reworked from the ground up.. Whoever is running this circus needs to go. Called it in, they said that it is a known issue. I mean how many issues can one site have. Ebay is not going to be around much longer at this rate. It has been steadily going downhill for the last 2 years, and i feel it is at it's rock bottom.

·3 years agoI understand the frustration, but you might try clearing your cache and cookies. Many time that fixes these little issues.
Or sometimes just refreshing your screen and trying again will do the trick. Not always, but sometimes.

I'm considering moving to another platform.

·3 years agoLOL, sorry, had to laugh "Well that didn't go as planned'' kind of sums up the eBay platform at times.
In saying that, you should always be certain before you commit to buy.
