Two Names
I need some help, we have Five Ladies Billiard Barn and today for some reason I notice that our old name that we don't use at all and have changed months ago came up on our sale items! WE changed our profile description where the old name showed up but it is still showing up on items! Help Please

·1 month ago@fiveladiesbilliardbarn is your user ID, and Five Ladies Auction is the name of your store:
https://www.ebay.com/str/fiveladiesauction
If those are the two names in question, then you didn't really change your user ID, you actually opened a store.

·1 month ago@fiveladiesbilliardbarn what was your old name? So you are seeing it on a new Order? Exactly where on the Order form are you seeing it?

·1 month agoI see that. Which is why I asked for more details as to where EXACTLY they are seeing the other name. It is hard to help if we don't know the details.

·1 month agoAwww...::blushes and looks at feet:: Actually, it's probably just as well that it's shown as an eBay link - I know what you mean about just not clicking on anything.
