There are 2 places to set "auto pay". One for Offers & Auctions, the other is for your Buy it Now listings.
ONE: For Offers & Auctions
On eBay.com, go to Seller Hub Listings page.
On left menu, click Selling preferences.
Scroll down to Your Buyers section, next to "Managing who can buy from you" click Edit.
Scroll to Buyer rules section. Check the top 2 boxes (see screenshot below).
Scroll to bottom of page, click Save changes.
TWO: For your Buy it Now listings
On eBay.com, go to Listings page in Seller Hub.
On left menu, click Business Policies.
Filter Manage your business policies by clicking the top Payment button.
Edit your payment policy.
Scroll down to Payment methods managed by eBay and check the box for Require immediate payment when buyer uses Buy It Now.
Save.
** within every listing, in the Pricing section, you select your Payment Policy. It might default to it. You can also view and edit your Payment Policy there, right inside your listing.
