trying to list an item and the normal shipping methods are not available.....like usps ground advantage...i see freight, and local pick up only....so frustrating!

it turns out that the box for "primary service" got un checked somehow...

·5 months agoHave you checked the dimensions and weight that you entered? Is it possible you accidentally entered an extra digit in the 'inches' or 'pounds' that would make the package bigger or heavier than normal carrier maximums?

OP5 months agothe category is dining serve ware.... and i have not checked the local pick up only box...
hopefully just a glitch that will pass soon
