Trying to do bogo free but with specific price items
I'm selling off my collectibles and I'd like to move the common ones faster so I'm trying to make a discount coupon that if they spend $50, they'll get a common one under 10 free. I've tried all the coupon types and limited inventory to under $10 and above $50 and limiting savings to $10. I can't seem to figure out a way to do this without the buyer being able to only buy a $10 item to get a 10 item free.
Does anyone have any ideas? Or another way to move commons quicker?

If I am understanding correctly, you want the coupon to apply to your non-common items so that if the buyer spends $50 on those items, they can select a common item of their choice priced at $10 or below for free. If I am understanding that this is what you want to do, then no, you cannot do that with a coupon.
Rather than use a coupon, you could write your promotion out in the description at the top in big font. Something like,
Spend $50, Get a Free Common (Under $10)
I’m clearing out common collectibles and rewarding larger purchases. When you spend $50 or more in my store, you can choose one common item priced under $10 for free.
How to get it:
• Browse my commons (items under $10)
• Complete a $50+ purchase
• Message me after checkout with the item you want
• I’ll include it at no charge (subject to availability)
One free common per order.
