Trying to appeal "intellectual property" posting issues
Summary: rosecitysue is experiencing issues with appealing a listing removal on eBay. They have listed four genuine Kong dog toys, but one isn't appearing in the resolution area for appeal. All attempts to resolve the issue for three toys have been completed, but the 'Santa' toy is missing from the list and their active listings. They are seeking advice on how to contact an eBay representative to resolve this.
I listed 4 Kong branded dog toys. They are GENUINE, not knock offs. If you know the brand, the toys are generally attached to a card with the Kong name on it along with all of the other product information. Admittedly, the Kong name was not visible in the posting that I made of each of the toys. So, I needed to take a new pic to upload the new pic, to show that card better.
Problem: When I click on the link to go to the Resolution area, only 3 of the 4 items are listed. I have completed all of those but can not find a way to get to a human, to find out how to appeal that last one. There was one that was a Gingerbread Man, it was there and appeal submitted. There were 3 postings of the Christmas themed Kong Wubba toys, Penquin, Rudolph and Santa. I am unable to appeal the Santa one because it is not listed in the area and also does not appear in my listings that are being sold.
How do I get to an ebay rep to resolve this?
I might also add that I listed AND sold several of these items last year, with no issue - - I submitted pics to the "intellectual property czar", allegedly from Kong - - they still say the items are knock offs. AI, emphasis on Artificial. Might save on labor, but SAF don't help on fees.
