I just got one for 3 Free but don't intend to use it.
Eligible sellers who accept this Promotion, will receive three (3) Express Payout transactions at no fee during the Promotion Period.
After you have used all three (3) Express Payouts at no fee or after the Promotion Period ends (whichever occurs first), any subsequent Express Payout transactions you initiate will be charged the standard Express Payout fee of $2 per transaction.

·2 weeks agoI get those from time to time as well. I've never seen the need to pay a fee to get my money faster. For me, when my money is released [very early in the AM] most times it arrives at my bank later that afternoon, but if not it is there the next day. I know some people run their finances much closer and a few hours can make a real difference.

·2 weeks agoI do not trust ebay to do what they say they are going to do and when they do not its impossible to get fixed so they can take all of their promises and shove them

They might let you do one for free.
