trouble to selling to US (500USD)

Hi. Ebay store id stoneage03, previously able to sell items to the US for a value of more than 500USD before, but I checked again today it was impossible, is there something wrong with our account?

The limit was lowered to $500 last Aug 2025, I believe. According to marketplace research, your last higher-value sale in US$ was Aug 24, 2025.

eBay has had to impose that limit on most overseas seller's accounts. You can follow the instructions and see if they will assign you a dedicated account manager who can increase the limit, or you can just list items under the $500 limit.
