Tracking uploaded on time and validated - INR Case
What good is" Tracking uploaded on time and validated" in an INR case?
I don't know but I think they should not be automated.
If I buy an eBay label and eBay knows it was validated by carrier, why give the seller a couple of days to respond? Why not hire a human to look at the tracking and allow for more time to resolve before they step in and who knows what happens when they step in. Your only choice is to refund before they step in, is this correct?

·2 years agoFile a missing mail claim with USPS. That will show up on your tracking. Hopefully that will buy you some more time and it shows the buyer that you are trying.
I just had this happen to me - two packages stuck in that same area (Houston) for over a week. I had to file USPS claims, and both started moving w/in a day of opening the claim. They both are delivered now, thankfully.
Good luck. I know how frustrating that is to have packages just sitting.....

·2 years agoIf the tracking has shown movement within the past 10 days, eBay DOES automatically extend the INR case deadline to allow the package to be delivered. I'm not sure what more you're expecting them to do?

The tracking has shown movements including today, but no extension.

·2 years agoHire a human?
Maybe hire 1,000,000 of them to simply 'look' at this type thing.
Really??

·2 years agoI read Missouri City, Texas is a "limbo land" place for packages due to their updating their mail system during the holidays. Its all over the news.
One would think eBay knows about what's happening there.
Are sellers not protected if packages are going to this worm hole?
