By the way, your responses to feedback could use some refinement and a lot less aggression and insults -- if other buyers read those responses, they might change their minds about doing business with you.

·1 week ago@sheshedz There are no eBay employees on these Community Boards -- we are just a bunch of volunteer eBay buyers and sellers with years of experience on eBay, who attempt to assist others to the extent of our powers -- but we have absolutely NO power over decisions made by eBay management.
If you have previously been denied appeals from eBay management, there really is nothing that we can do to assist.
Sorry.

·1 week agoWhen you ship a package, you (the seller) are the one responsible for making sure it gets to the destination. If you package got lost, it was up to you to contact the carrier and search for the lost package. If the package could not be found/ delivered, it's then up to you to refund the buyer and then file a claim from the shipping carrier.
Just because you bought the label on ebay doesn't mean they are the shipper.
I don't know how you got 3 defects from this 1 transaction, but regardless, there is no one from Seller Performance here who can look at/ change your defects.
