Hi everyone,I'm a Top Rated Seller and I'm running into a confusing issue with a recent order.The Situation:Order Timeline: Buyer paid on May 4th, item shipped on May 6th, and was officially Delivered on May 8th.Order Details Page: Clearly displays a blue checkmark and says "Delivered on May 8".The Conflict: Despite being a TRS with a proven track record of on-time delivery, the Payment section displays this message:"Thank you for shipping your order and uploading the tracking details. Unfortunately, delivery could not be confirmed using your tracking details. Provided the buyer does not have an issue with the order, you may expect funds to be released on Jun 3."My Concerns:Since I am a Top Rated Seller, my tracking is always uploaded on time and validated. Why is the payment system failing to sync with the actual tracking status that eBay itself is displaying?Waiting until June 3rd (nearly a month after delivery) for a confirmed delivered order seems excessive for a TRS account.Is this a known glitch with certain carriers or a sync error between the Seller Hub and the Managed Payments system?I would appreciate any advice from fellow sellers or if an eBay moderator could look into this.
