Hi everyone, Iâ€™m posting here to share my experience and hopefully get some advice or help from the eBay team. Iâ€™ve been a Top Rated Seller with 100% positive feedback, focusing professionally on trading cards. Iâ€™ve always followed eBayâ€™s policies and provided excellent service to my buyers. However, my account was recently permanently restricted, and I truly feel this might be due to a misunderstanding or an internal error. Hereâ€™s what happened:1. A buyer opened an â€œItem Not Receivedâ€ case. I used an eBay-certified shipping service, and the tracking clearly showed the item was delivered successfully.â€¢ I even asked the buyer to provide proof or a communication record with the post office, but the buyer refused.â€¢ Eventually, eBay closed the case in my favor.2. Despite this, at the end of August, I received an email saying that my account had too many â€œItem Not Receivedâ€ cases. All my listings were taken down, I was unable to create new ones, and my funds were placed on hold for 60 days.â€¢ I was told I could reapply for a review after 30 days.3. After waiting for a month, I submitted my appeal â€” but the result was a permanent selling restriction.â€¢ As a professional seller who has always maintained perfect service metrics, this was heartbreaking and discouraging.4. I reached out to customer support multiple times afterward, but every time, they simply read the previous agentâ€™s notes and rejected my appeal without further investigation.â€¢ I believe there might have been an error or misleading note left by one of the support agents, which caused this unfair outcome to persist. At this point, I feel I have no other option but to reach out to the community for help.I sincerely hope that an eBay representative can review my case again, check the internal notes carefully, and see that Iâ€™ve always been a compliant, responsible seller. This restriction not only affects my business but also deeply discourages me as someone who truly values and supports the eBay platform.
