Top Rated Sealer Advice
Hello. On the 20th I qualified for Top Rated Plus. I changed all the listings that I could (ones without bid or open offers) to 1 day handling and free return shipping (I pay) yet it is still saying this...thus none of my listings have top rated on it. Does anyone have an idea as of why? Does it take time for it to kick in? Thank you in advance.

When we are evaluated on the 20th of any given month. It is for the period that ended the previous month. And whatever the evaluation says your status is takes affect on the FIRST of the following month. So you will see the change on August First. You will also see on your Feedback page that you are TRS.
