Proper term is Top Rated PLUS listings............you can be a top rated seller and not have top rated listings... likewise you can be a top rated seller and have SOME listings that are top rated plus and some that are not.......
In order to receive the discount, your listing needs to include 30-day free returns and 1-day handling time. When your qualifying item sells, you can see the breakdown of the fees on "Transaction Details" page. To get there, go to the "Order Details" page for the item you want to check. There should be a button with "More Actions", and in that drop down click "View Payment Details". This page has all payment information for this order including fees, promotions and shipping. On this page find the order and towards the right is a button that says "View". This will open the "Transaction Details" which will show the breakdown of Final Value Fees including the deduction for 10% discount.
I appreciate your response, but I am well aware of where the 10% discount appears. A few years ago we were Top Rated and the 10% Final Value discount appeared. As of January 20th when our Top Rate status was resumed, no 10% discount appeared.

I've already accessed this page and could not find anything regarding waiting until the 1st of the next month. Please tell me precisely what paragraph this information is located. Thank you.
Thank you!!! Maybe eBay should have placed this effective date under the heading of "Effective Date For Top Rated 10% Discount" instead of under the existing heading of "Requirement to be become Top Rated".

·8 months agoSeller evaluations take place on the 20th. Changes to fees take effect the first of the next month.
If you just achieved a TRS rating on Jan 20th then any of your listings that qualify for TRS+ will have the added discount starting Feb 1st.
